We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of used personal care devices unless they are faulty, damaged, or defective.

Faulty Products

If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault within 14 days of delivery, please contact us. 

To process your request, we will require:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs or videos demonstrating the fault

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used devices

  • Opened products that are not faulty

  • Change of mind purchases once opened and used

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
