Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched from our fulfilment centres. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but usually takes 3-5 working days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are only accepted for products that are faulty or defective.
If your device develops a fault within 14 days of delivery, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the issue.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
We are unable to accept returns for used devices that are not faulty.
